has been personalized, it can not be returned except

for getting the package back to us. Goods must be returned
to us in perfect condition and packaging must be returned
intact and the unit's box must be covered and kept in
new-condition. Putting labels on or otherwise damaging
or allowing damage to occur to the packaging will result
in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item.
(Please note that the carriage and return carriage for
non faulty goods will be the customer’s responsibility).
If a delivery has occurred, but rejected for no reason
of our own we reserve the right to charge for the initial
outgoing carriage. |

item, please contact us within 7 days from received
the shipment. A refund for the goods will be given within
