Can I get a special size Garments?
A.
Stock sizes are specified and are the most commonly used. Please email if you need another size not listed

Will I get a proof for my logo?
A.
We email a proof (color picture) for you to approve before going into production. We will need you to reply back your confirmation before we proceed further.

What if I don't like the design on the proof you send?
A.
We're happy to take suggestions on changes and revise your proof to make you satisfied.
 
Q.
How long does it take to get my products?
A.
Normal delivery is 2-3 weeks, For tight deadline work, be sure to call or and email us before ordering, for a definite delivery commitment.

How do I know when my order has shipped and how can I track it?
A.
When DHL or Cargo picks up your shipment, We will email you a tracking number and estimated delivery day.

How To Save Money On Imprinted T shirts
1.
Limit the number of colors you wish to print. Fewer colors require fewer screen set-ups and less time to print additional colors.
2.
Limit the number of locations on the t-shirt. Additional placement charges apply if you want to add additional locations.
3.
The More You Buy, The More You Save. Order in large quantities and your price per imprinted t-shirt can go down dramatically.

I'm having a problem with ordering from your website, What should I do?

Will my e-mail address be sold? Will I receive any spam?

We will never resell a mailing list or give out any other customer information. During checkout you are presented the option to subscribe to our mailing list, and we may occasionally contact all customers (regardless of subscription status) if there are urgent updates or security issues we feel our customers need to be made aware of. We do not spam our customers, nor do we do anything to assist any other entities with the spamming of our customers. We take your privacy seriously. We also urge our customers to use their REAL e-mail addresses when placing orders, because this is the only way you can ensure you will be able to easily receive module updates in the future.

What About Customs Charges?

You may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges are your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

What are your Sales/Return policy ?

Please carefully check your all order details, Before placing your order, please make sure your personalized order is complete and without errors. All orders are processed as they are received. We are not responsible for any incorrect sizes, names, web addresses, e-mail addresses or words. Once an order has been personalized, it can not be returned except for our errors or defects in workmanship.
 
 
You are responsible for getting the package back to us. Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition and packaging must be returned intact and the unit's box must be covered and kept in new-condition. Putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item. (Please note that the carriage and return carriage for non faulty goods will be the customer’s responsibility). If a delivery has occurred, but rejected for no reason of our own we reserve the right to charge for the initial outgoing carriage.

Can I cancel my orders ?
A.
Yes, Your Right to order Cancellation: Protect sports Industries will have a order processing policy of up to 2 business days. In case, for some reason, within that processing order time and before item is shipped. Protect sports Industries provides a no quibble money back service. You have the right to cancel your order within 2 business days from order placement or If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us within 7 days from received the shipment. A refund for the goods will be given within 30 days of cancellation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, We use DHL, FedEx and quick cargo services to send the shipment our customers worldwide. We can ship in between 4 to 20 business days according to the shipping method requested at the secured checkout

What does it happen when incorrect Shipping Address is provided?
A.
When packages are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges

Do you provide with a tracking number for my shipment?

When the shipment will be send, we'll send you an email with the tracking number(s) for your shipment. If you deleted or never received this email, please contact us and we'll be glad to provide you with tracking information.
