Browse through the store until you find the item you want to buy, and then click on your favorite products with quantities for enquiry. After you have finished your all selection then click on the view enquiry basket icon at the top left of your screen. You will see your enquiry basket to confirm your action. Here, you will also be able to change the quantity of an item, or remove an item from your enquiry cart. After your submitting enquiry we will respond back to you with an email written quote. You can also get quote for any item from your web.
Order Instructions & Personalized Products
Ordering items can be finally done through Order Form select it from the drop-down menu to complete your order. If you prefer you can call (0092-300-9614055) or email us info@protectsports.com with your order requirements. You can get any custom products from Protect Sports. Please don't forget to specify style, color, quantities and decoration options. We will respond back to you with an email written quote.

So that we get your instructions just as you would like it, please be careful to ensure the accuracy of the information provided (correct spelling, capitalization & punctuation, size, color, layout, fonts, logos and any other relevant information). In order to process your order, you must reconfirm that all information is correct to avoid any mistake and that it is ok to make an order invoice and process. Your item will be customized using the information you provide. Payment for custom orders must be received before work can begin.
If you do not confirm your order, it will be placed on hold until we can verify the information. This is likely to delay your order.
Once items have been decorated, they CAN NOT be returned or exchange unless for defects in workmanship. Protect Sports reserves the right to alter the size and/or layout of lettering, logo, or design so that it will fit and look attractive on the item ordered.

Delivery Dates and Times
All shipping delivery dates and times given by Protect Sports Industries or their delivery services are approximates ONLY. Normally we ship your orders within one week business days. Orders with Personalized items will be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. Add one week for custom logo orders. These dates can sometimes vary by a day or two either way. We work closely with our all our delivery services to make sure you receive your order in a timely manor. (By Air 8 to 10 days) (By Sea 35 to 45 days)
Shipping Information
The shipping rates depend on the destination and value of your order. You may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges are your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. We go to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. We guarantee your satisfaction. However, if you are unhappy with your order or any other aspect of our service to you please contact us service@protectsports.com with the subject line: Complaint. All complaints will be dealt with swiftly and we will endeavor to respond to all complaints within 3 days.
For custom orders, please make sure all personalization is correct and without errors. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, or words. We are sorry but once an order has been personalized, it can only be returned for our errors or defects in workmanship. 'Your statutory rights are not affected'. We guarantee all blank item purchases that are returned within 10 days of your order.
