Samples: Available against payment of samples + courier in advance direct to us or through our bankers. To pay / Account is not possible. Due to safe delivery samples will only be sent per courier.

Payment Information


Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) or 40% With Order + 60% when Shipment is ready to send. Payment must be cleared before send your items. We will returned you full fund if transaction not complete or transaction may be .You must take responsibility on transaction fee by yourself.

After you have placed a order of your interested items. We will get back to you Thanks E-mail from Protect Sports Industries with Performa invoice/Purchase order # No....." and we will also provide you our bank account transfer full information with S.W.I.F.T code to by e-mail when you order reconfirm.
You will do this step:


1.              Go to your bank and send money by S.W.I.F.T. code in our company account.


2.              E-Mail us at shahid@protectsports.com about your payment. So that we could check it.


After payment is cleared, we will send you an E-mail from Protect Sports Industries Thank you for your payment invoice # No. ....." to you mean that your payment is cleared. We will ship you product instantly. You can receive your items with in 5 to 7 business days.


Western Union Money Transfer 
You can also send the payment to us by Western Union Money Transfer.
After you have placed a order of your interested items. We will get back to you Thanks E-mail from Protect Sports Industries with Performa invoice/Purchase order # No....."


You will do this step:


1.       Visit your nearest Western Union®Agent location


2.       Fill out a Send Money form


3.       Provide payment to the clerk in cash - including the amount to be sent and appropriate fee(s). Identification may be required. Additional restrictions may apply.


4.       Get the receipt that includes your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).


5.       We will be need sender full name, address and phone number to get the amount from Western Union   


6.       Give the MTCN to us. A test question may be required by law or may be used to help Western Union identify the receiver of the funds.


Please note Western Union Money Transfer is suitable for us only small and urgent orders. And we will also provide you our Western Union transfer information by e-mail when you order reconfirm.

We offer high-quality, blank and custom products made with pride. We guarantee your satisfaction. However, if you are unhappy with your order or any other aspect of our service to you please contact us service@protectsports.com with the subject line: Complaint. All complaints will be dealt with swiftly and we will endeavor to respond to all complaints within 3 days. 'Your statutory rights are not affected'. We guarantee all blank item purchases that are returned within 10 days of your order.


We go to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. For custom orders, please make sure all personalization is correct and without errors. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, or words. We are sorry but once an order has been personalized, it can only be returned for our errors or defects in workmanship. We will immediately repair your item(s) and make it right. Delivery Dates And Times


All shipping delivery dates and times given by Protect Sports Industries or their delivery services are approximates ONLY. Normally we ship your orders within one week business days. Orders with Personalized items will be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. Add one week for custom logo orders. These dates can sometimes vary by a day or two either way. We work closely with our all our delivery services to make sure you receive your order in a timely manor. (By Air 8 to 10 days) (By Sea 35 to 45 days)


Shipping Info


The shipping rates depend on the destination and value of your order. You may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges are your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.


Please Note The Following:


·          All normal orders should ship within 2 weeks of receipt of a confirmed and billed order.


·          We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged or delayed caused by our shipping carriers.


·          For certain heavier items to include bags, outerwear, sign items, boxing gloves, you may be notified of additional charges because of the cost to ship these items according to dimension than weight.


·          You will be emailed if additional funds are needed to cover International shipment charges.


·          We do not ship to International PO boxes.


·          Shipping fees reflect freight only, any duty or custom fees incurred on international orders are not the responsibility of Protect Sports Ind.


·          It’s consignee responsibility to provide the import documents and pay the duty and taxes. Other wise the shipping carriers can send back the parcel to us, or demolish the parcels over there. In both cases we will not responsible any kind of financial loses.


Please Note: If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges you will be responsible for any fees incurred. If you require any further assistance, please email us at service@protectsports.com  


Returns & Cancellations


Please carefully check your all order details, Before placing your order, please make sure your personalized order is complete and without errors. All orders are processed as they are received. We are not responsible for any incorrect sizes, names, web addresses, e-mail addresses or words. Once an order has been personalized, it can not be returned except for our errors or defects in workmanship.


Your Right to order Cancellation: Protect sports Industries will have a order processing policy of up to 2 business days. In case, for some reason, within that processing order time and before item is shipped. Protect sports Industries provides a no quibble money back service. You have the right to cancel your order within 2 business days from order placement or If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us within 7 days from received the shipment. A refund for the goods will be given within 30 days of cancellation.


You are responsible for getting the package back to us. Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition and packaging must be returned intact and the unit's box must be covered and kept in new-condition. Putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item. (Please note that the carriage and return carriage for non faulty goods will be the customer’s responsibility). If a delivery has occurred, but rejected for no reason of our own we reserve the right to charge for the initial outgoing carriage.
